Once you successfully book your Wellness Consultation, you'll receive an email confirmation with the details. Then, your Wellness Specialist will give you a call at the number listed on your intake form when it comes time for your appointment! However, please note that we are unable to make calls to international numbers.
Your Wellness Specialist will be equipped with any information you shared on your intake form, along with the products you have in your arsenal. While your Wellness Specialist does not expect you to show up to the call with anything prepared, we do suggest trying a routine before connecting on the phone.
As you get started, it can be helpful to journal your progress and share that experience on the call. Knowing how you respond and whether or not you've seen any improvement thus far can help us customize a routine that both addresses your health goals and fits your lifestyle!
