Everyone's body chemistry is unique, so there is no one-size-fits-all dose or routine that guarantees results within a specific time frame. However, we do know that the effects of CBD tend to present incrementally, so when first starting a routine we can be on the lookout for small, subtle improvements.
On average, we like to see benefits within the first month of following a daily, customized routine, with the maximum benefits presenting around the three-month mark!
That said, CBD supports the Endocannabinoid System (ECS), which is responsible for maintaining balance, or homeostasis, throughout the body. As you get started with your routine, keep in mind that patience will be key as we allow your body to restore balance on its own timeline.
