Stay consistent with your wellness routine! While we like to see positive benefits in the first 2-3 weeks, we often see the best results over 2-3 months. Even if it takes a little longer to speak with a Certified Wellness Coach, this is not wasted time!
One great way to monitor for efficacy is to journal daily. Write down a few quick notes on the dose you took, and how you felt before and after. Here are a few questions to ask yourself when trying to gauge subtle improvements:
- Were you slightly less reactive in a stressful situation than anticipated?
- Are you waking up feeling more refreshed?
- Have you felt less tension or aches than usual?
- Has a friend, partner, or co-worker noticed a change in your mood? Often, it's easier for others to notice changes than it is to notice them in ourselves!
These insights will be incredibly helpful to share with your Certified Wellness Coach during your Wellness Coaching Session and will help inform any routine adjustments we may recommend.
