Yes! We make adjusting the shipment date of your next subscription renewal an easy process. Follow the steps below.
- Log in to your Equilibria account.
- Locate the 'Account' tab and click on 'Subscription'.
- Click 'View' on the subscription you would like to update.
- In the upper left, you'll see the 'Next Shipment' box with the below options:
- Change next shipment date
- In this box, you can use the calendar function to choose your next subscription renewal date and then click 'Submit Date Change'.
- Want it right away?
- Clicking 'Process Now' will immediately place your subscription renewal order. If you have any other subscription changes, please make those changes first.
- Need more time?
- Click 'Skip This Month' to push your subscription renewal date one month
- Click 'Skip 3 Months' to push your subscription renewal date back 3 months
- Change next shipment date
