CBD can be used day or night as it works alongside your body's natural wake-and-sleep cycles.
It does not inherently make you sleepy but, if taken in the evening as your body is priming itself for sleep, CBD can assist your body with winding down.
Conversely, if CBD is taken in the morning when your body is in the process of waking up, it can assist in that process as well.
When trying any CBD product for the first time, we recommend starting with a low dose and slowly increasing it, as needed. More CBD is not always better! Small doses are typically very effective, with most Equilibria members using 20-50mg of CBD daily.
If at any point you find yourself groggy or tired at a time you normally wouldn't be, that is often a sign that your dosage is too strong and it’s time to take a smaller dose.
