I have an established Equilibria account but the gift card I was sent to a different email address than the account my Equilibria account is under.
Please reach out to the Member Support team with your gift card number, the email address it was sent to, as well as the email address your EQ account is under. The Member Support team can transfer it to the correct address.
I have not created an Equilibria account yet.
