Certain email providers can be very strict about what they pass through to your Inbox. A step that you can take to ensure that you receive these emails in the future and prevent them from going into spam is adding both info@myeq.com and dosage@myeq.com to your contact list.
To see the status of your order, log into your Equilibria account and click on the order in question under your Order History.
It can take orders up to 48 hours to process at our fulfillment center but if this much time has passed and your order has not shipped, please contact our Member Support team via our contact form or by emailing info@myeq.com.
