Equilibria does not issue refunds or exchanges for any of its products, except in the rare occurrence when a product arrives damaged and unusable.
At its sole discretion, Equilibria may replace product(s) proven to be lost by its shipping providers DHL, or USPS or UPS. Please contact us with detailed information and photographs of the damaged products within 7 business days of delivery.
We are not able to process refunds for orders returned to us without prior communication and approval.
