Currently, we do not offer Returns on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse. However, if you experience any issues with your product, please reach out to the Member Support Team at the contact information below:

Cancellation Policy:
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscriptions:
When you purchase a subscription you’ll receive repeat deliveries every 4 weeks. Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each of these deliveries. If you don’t want to renew a subscription you can cancel at any time before the new order is processed. Once processed, we have limited ability to cancel any order.
If you want to cancel or edit your subscription, you may do so at any time. Your renewal reminder emails have links to your subscription. You can manage your subscription from there.
Orders lost or damaged in transit:
At its sole discretion, Equilibria may replace product(s) proven to be lost by its shipping providers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with detailed information and photographs of the damaged products within 7 business days of delivery. Our Support teams are unable to process refunds for orders returned to us without prior communication and approval.
