CBD has a biphasic effect, which means that too little, or too much, could be ineffective. - Functional mushrooms, such as those included in our Stress Gummies, can be safely consumed in doses of up to 3,000 mg per day, as a result, experienced users may decide to take more than the recommended dose as the body adjusts.
- For the Energy Capsules, we recommend staying under 400mg of caffeine a day, or 4 capsules. The FDA advises that adults should not consume more than 400mg of caffeine per day from all sources. So it's best to be conscious of total caffeine intake if you also drink coffee or consume other caffeinated beverages such as energy drinks.
